Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the administration of a diverse client portfolio and managing key day-to-day tasks
Preparing resolutions, instructions to intermediaries, and maintaining online administration portals
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of client records and data
Liaising confidently with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues across jurisdictions
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a specialist team with full support for professional studies (e.g. ICSA or STEP), internal mentoring, and opportunities to progress toward managing your own portfolio.
You should be a detail-focused, tech-savvy individual with 1–2 years’ finance experience (or transferable skills), strong initiative, and a can-do mindset. You’ll be eager to learn, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of your own development.
