As a new Benefits & Compensation Manager at Tree Top, you will engage in a variety of essential daily tasks. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with regular office hours, though you should anticipate occasional travel for professional development and industry conferences. Each day, you will analyze benefits and compensation data to ensure alignment with industry standards while collaborating with various departments to address employee inquiries and needs. You will conduct market research, prepare reports, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance our benefits and compensation programs.
You will assist in designing and implementing benefits initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating training sessions for staff. Your role will require attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive employee experience within our customer-driven culture.
To be successful as a Benefits & Compensation Manager at Tree Top, you will need a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. Pay Information
Salary Range: $111,900 to $179,000 annually
Target Starting Range: $115,000 to $135,000 annually
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
