DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Commissions & Sales Compensation Management to join our South Europe team.

 

Key Responsabilities:

Commissions & Sales Compensation:

 

  • Monitor performance data and incentive plan alignment, ensuring alignment with compensation policies and governance
  • Administer and validate monthly/quarterly/yearly commission calculations per territories and targets and submit payments to payroll
  • Answer commission inquiries
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership

 

Xactly implementation support and administration:

 

  • Support the regional rollout and adoption of Xactly in partnership with the global team
  • Gather and translate business requirements (Sales, Finance, HR) into system configurations
  • Participate in system design, testing (UAT), validation, and ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and compliance.
  • Serve as regional point of contact for tool-related queries, supporting change management, training initiatives, and processing compliant manual adjustments when required

Financial analysis support:

  • Support the South finance team with reporting and analysis as needed, namely:
  • Perform Group-level analysis (Opex/FTE and cost structures), support the budgeting process, and contribute to the improvement of reporting tools
  • Analyze and consolidate monthly reporting from South entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of P&L and Working Capital data, including variance analysis vs. Budget and Last Year.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Commission & Sales Compensation Managment:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales compensation or incentive management and analysis (preferred), or financial analysis
  • Experience with Xactly (implementation or administration) strongly preferred
  • Experience working in multi-national and cross-functional environments (HR, Finance, Sales)
  • Exposure to system implementation or digital transformation projects is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail including expertise in MS Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal/team player skills
  • Solid understanding of sales incentive structures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and positive work attitude
  • Well organized, self-motivated and result oriented
  • English required; French, Italian and/or Spanish strongly preferred
