Description
This is detail-oriented hybrid role as a compensation analyst and office management. This position will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while playing a critical role in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support the organization’s talent strategy and business objectives. This position partners with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market trends and internal compensation philosophy. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Base salary range is $60,000 - $100,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive compensation experience, total rewards, or human resources ideally in high-growth environment
- Education: BA/BSc. In Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related field preferred
- Intermediate to advanced excel modeling skills (lookups, pivots, nesting functions)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work independently with a focus on continuous improvement and a solution oriented approach
- Semiconductor experience a plus
- Experience with job architecture and equity programs preferred
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
- Semiconductor/Optics/Networking industry experience a plus
