Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for maintaining and administering the employee compensation program to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures within the City of Greeley. This role involves conducting market research and salary benchmarking, evaluating job descriptions, preparing compensation reports, and assisting in the design and implementation of compensation policies. The Compensation Analyst collaborates with other functions and teams across Human Resources and the City on compensation and position control related tasks and projects. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Human Resources.
