Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s internal employee compensation program to ensure alignment with Team Select Home Care’s strategic goals. This role is essential in supporting the attraction and retention of top talent, while ensuring compliance with internal equity standards and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In this role, you'll report to the Director of Human Resources.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct role evaluations and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures

  • Own and maintain job descriptions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organization structure, FLSA classification, and compensation guidelines

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation strategies and programs including base pay, incentive plans, and recognition programs

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions align with internal equity and market data

  • Provide compensation analysis and modeling to support strategic business initiatives

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and business leaders to develop career pathing strategies in support of the organization’s “Promote from Within” philosophy

  • Develop and deliver compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership

  • Support special projects such as pay equity audits, incentive plan re-design, and M&A due diligence


Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization

  • High attention to detail and data integrity; adept at managing sensitive and confidential information

  • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills


Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation strategies, role evaluation methodologies, and market analysis

  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with proficiency in HRIS tools like Workday (preferred)

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification (preferred)

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 / salary
