The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is an integral part of the Nielsen HR team. In this individual contributor role, you will act as a subject matter expert, providing analytical and consultative support to TA and HR Partners to ensure our rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our global philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support EMEA compensation and benefits activities in line with global philosophy and guidelines.
Respond to compensation and benefits-related inquiries from HR Partners and managers with guidance aligned to established guidelines.
Partner with TA and HR Partners to provide support in hiring decisions, compensation offers, job evaluation and leveling, and other business-related compensation activities.
Collaborate with benefits brokers and HR Partners to support benefits renewals, benchmarking, and benefits-related data analysis.
Support compensation and benefits projects, including the implementation of pay transparency initiatives.
Partner with HR to ensure compensation programs, structures, and practices align with evolving EMEA regulatory requirements and internal equity standards.
Support the development of compensation and benefits programs, identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
Prepare compensation reports and dashboards, and conduct internal equity analysis.
Conduct data audits to ensure accurate tracking and overall data integrity.
Provide support for the annual compensation review process (merit, bonus, etc.).
Work with HRIS teams to test system changes and address issues before implementation.
Key Skills:
2 - 4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or people analytics roles within an international company.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets ((v-lookups, pivots, complex formulas).
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Creative problem-solving skills and strong organizational capabilities.
Proven experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Partners.
Experience working across multiple countries and regulatory environments is preferred.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 118100 to PLN 196800 gross.
A reasonable estimated salary range for a new employee has been provided. It would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
