In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our compensation policies and programs, ensuring that our employees are rewarded equitably and competitively. You'll have the opportunity to dive into data, conduct market research, and collaborate with various departments to drive our compensation strategy forward.

Responsibilities
- Compensation Program Support: Be at the heart of our compensation programs. You'll collect, evaluate, and analyze data to design and implement innovative compensation solutions. Your insights will help us stay ahead of market trends and ensure compliance, internal equity, and competitive pay practices.
- Job Audits and Classification: Get hands-on with job audits and classifications. You'll evaluate new and revised positions, determine appropriate band placements, and assist employees and managers with job descriptions. Your work will ensure that our job structures are aligned with our business goals.
- Data Management and Reporting: Become our data guru. You'll manage compensation-related data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your reports will provide valuable insights to management and support decision-making processes.
- Market Research and Salary Surveys: Lead the charge in market research and salary surveys. You'll analyze data from various sources to determine our competitiveness and provide recommendations for salary placements and market adjustments. Your work will directly impact our annual salary administration process.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field.
Education and Experience Equivalency: One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education (OR) one year of relevant academic coursework beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for one year of required professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, SPHR, or CCP Certifications
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with compensation management software.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
- $66,514 to $81,480 per year
|
