Compensation Analyst

We are looking for a full-time Compensation Analyst who supports compensation programs through market pricing, data analysis, reporting, and program administration. This role helps ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses.
• Support job evaluation and salary grade review processes.
• Analyze pay data, salary structures, and internal equity.
• Assist with annual compensation planning activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and compensation summaries.
• Validate and maintain compensation data accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
• Experience with Payfactors, Salary.com, Power BI, and Power Query preferred.
• CCP, GRP, CCBA, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
