The Compensation Analyst will have a significant role in the on-going evaluation and maintenance of Inspira’s compensation programs. This will include analyzing job market data, building and maintaining salary structures and pay ranges, evaluating jobs, supporting pay decisions, and helping keep Inspira compensation programs competitive, equitable, and compliant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Compensation administration and use of HRIS, healthcare industry preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare HR operations also preferred
Certification/ Licensure:
National Certification in area of HR specialty preferred, such as SHRM-CP or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
