The Compensation Analyst – Programs is responsible for supporting the execution and administration of compensation programs to ensure they are delivered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with established design and guidelines. This role focuses on program coordination, data integrity, and operational support to ensure effective program execution across the organization.
Essential Functions
GENERAL DUTIES
-Support the execution of compensation programs in alignment with established strategy, guidelines, and processes
-Analyze compensation data to support decision-making and ensure consistency in application
-Collaborate with Compensation team members to support priorities and initiatives
-Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of compensation data across systems
-Provide guidance to leaders and team members on compensation processes and expectations
-Identify issues or inconsistencies and escalate as appropriate
-Maintain documentation, procedures, and records related to compensation activities
-Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the department
FOCUS AREAS – PROGRAMS
-Support administration of compensation programs, including tracking, validation, and payout coordination
-Assist with calculations and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
-Coordinate with Payroll and Finance to support timely and accurate program execution
-Maintain program documentation, tracking tools, and records
-Monitor program data for accuracy and escalate discrepancies
-Generate reports related to program activity and outcomes
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (higher degree accepted) in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-2 years experience in compensation, finance, healthcare operations, or related field
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
-Experience working with data, reporting, or incentive programs
