The Senior Compensation Analyst partners with the Compensation team and Human Resources colleagues on specialized projects that demand effective collaboration, adaptability, and comprehensive support for complex organizational transitions in a dynamic healthcare and academic environment.In this role, the Compensation Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across academic, clinical, and administrative areas to drive change management efforts through data analysis, clear communication, and implementation strategies.As a compensation consultant for University of Utah Health and its academic affiliates, the Senior Compensation Analyst provides expert advice on job classifications and compensation matters, fostering the alignment of compensation practices across various departments and systems. Serves as a mentor to other compensation team members.Direct patient care responsibilities are not included in this role.
