This role plays a key part in shaping and operationalizing global compensation programs within a large-scale Workday transformation. You will act as a bridge between compensation strategy and system execution, ensuring policies are accurately translated into scalable Workday configurations. The position is highly collaborative, working closely with People Operations, external implementation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across regions. You will contribute to both implementation success and ongoing compensation operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, governance, and consistency. This is an impactful opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems, and global HR practices. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support both Workday implementation efforts and ongoing compensation operations, ensuring alignment between compensation strategy and system execution. Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a compensation subject-matter expert during Workday implementation, translating compensation policies into clear business and system requirements in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Supporting the design and validation of compensation structures, including pay frameworks and job architecture alignment within Workday.
  • Reviewing outputs from implementation partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compensation philosophy and governance standards.
  • Supporting testing activities by defining expected outcomes, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
  • Documenting compensation principles, decision frameworks, and operational guidelines to ensure scalability and long-term consistency.
  • Providing ongoing compensation support for APAC regions, including job leveling, offer and promotion reviews, and market alignment.
  • Assisting with benchmarking, compensation cycles, and process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong compensation expertise combined with analytical and system implementation experience. You should be comfortable working in complex, data-driven environments and collaborating across global teams. Key qualifications include:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics roles.
  • Experience supporting HRIS or Workday implementation projects (Workday Compensation certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in benchmarking and compensation analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and market benchmarking methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders and regions.
  • Ability to translate compensation concepts into structured, system-ready requirements.
