Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience with HRIS and compensation systems; Dayforce experience is an asset.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to advise HR partners and senior leaders.
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation completed or in progress is strongly preferred.

Salary: The expected annual salary range for this role is $70,000–$90,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography. As this is a contract opportunity, benefit and incentive eligibility will be confirmed based on the terms of the assignment.
