About the Role & Team
The Compensation Manager leads the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs. This role is responsible for job architecture, market pricing, pay mix, pay equity, and annual compensation cycles, while ensuring data integrity and alignment with global compensation strategy. The position partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and global Total Rewards leadership
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain global job architecture, including job families, leveling frameworks, and governance
- Lead role evaluation and ensure consistent job leveling and internal equity
- Manage annual compensation survey participation, including job matching, data validation, and submission across multiple vendors
- Analyze survey results and translate market data into salary ranges and compensation recommendations
- Maintain and update salary structures by role, level, and geography
- Evaluate pay mix (base, bonus, and incentive components)
- Lead pay equity analyses and support remediation planning as needed
- Support annual merit, promotion, and incentive cycles, including modeling, budgeting, and leadership reporting
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal compensation policies
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer pricing and approvals
- Prepare compensation dashboards, executive summaries, and ad hoc analyses
- Ensure accuracy and governance of compensation data within HRIS and compensation tools
What You Bring
7-10 years of progressive experience in Compensation or Total rewards
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Job architecture and job leveling
- Annual compensation survey submission and market pricing
- Pay equity analysis and governance
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools preferred
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization
Preferred
- Experience with major compensation survey providers (e.g., Radford)
- Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory considerations
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, , Oracle)
