Compensation: $120K--$225K

Work Model: Hybrid / Remote Flexibility / On-site varies by role

Bar Admission: NY or willing/eligible to waive in/sit for NY bar; NY or willing/able to waive in; IA preferred

Employee Benefits Attorney

Compensation: $139K-$192K

Experience: 4-10 Years

Work Model: Hybrid

This role focuses on 4-10 years substantive employee benefits/ERISA law firm experience focused on retirement and qualified plans; 401(k), pension, profit-sharing, plan design/amendments, plan sponsor counseling, nondiscrimination testing, plan corrections, EPCRS/VFCP, IRS/DOL audits, SECURE/SECURE 2.0, M&A benefits diligence, plan integration.

Employee Benefits/ERISA Attorney

Location: Des Moines / Cedar Rapids / Ames, IA

Compensation: $160K-$225K

Experience: 2-10 Years

This role focuses on 2-10 years ERISA/ESOP law; employee benefits and compensation; ESOPs, 401(k)s, profit-sharing plans, plan drafting/amendment, ERISA compliance, fiduciary duties, plan corrections, M&A benefits due diligence, plan transitions, client relationship development.
