This role focuses on 4-10 years substantive employee benefits/ERISA law firm experience focused on retirement and qualified plans; 401(k), pension, profit-sharing, plan design/amendments, plan sponsor counseling, nondiscrimination testing, plan corrections, EPCRS/VFCP, IRS/DOL audits, SECURE/SECURE 2.0, M&A benefits diligence, plan integration.
