About the Opportunity
As a Global Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our compensation programs remain competitive across international markets. You’ll analyze salary data, conduct market benchmarking, and support job evaluations to help shape fair and strategic pay structures worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work with global compensation trends, collaborate across regions, and provide data-driven insights that influence key business decisions. ** IMPORTANT: This position requires on-site work at our Watsonville, California office. Remote work is not available. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate independently.**
Responsibilities
- • Perform data insights and analysis to support compensation related activities, including budgeting, cost modeling, and strategic decision making.
- • Generates the California Pay Data Report requested by the DOL and collaborate on all other mandatory reporting, such as EU Equal Pay and Transparency Directives.
- • Coordinates all global salary surveys including survey submissions, job matching, and analysis.
- • Day-to-day activities include:
- o Conduct job analysis.
- o Answer and follow-up to the AskHR questions.
- o Prepare and present ad-hoc reports.
- • Maintain and optimizes the online compensation platform (Payfactors) to ensure compensation programs are competitive to attract and retain key talent.
- • Support the AOP- Compensation data submission.
- • Lead and execute U.S. Seasonal Wage Planning collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful merit cycle in conjunction with the Return to Work Bonus March payout.
- • Calculates and ensures the Return to Work Bonus is paid on time, provides statements and 401k forms, and gathers prior year earnings and Profit Sharing attainment for March & Nov. pay cycles.
- • Collaborate in review and update of global salary structures, benchmarking, job mapping, and other activities to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- • Support and collaborate on the Annual Compensation Review processes including budgeting, HRIS configuration and optimization, and communications.
- • Support and collaborate on the Annual Profit-Sharing bonus payout through conducting audits of payout amounts for EMEA & U.S. to ensure payout amounts are correct in compliance with policy, communications are delivered to employees, and amounts are communicated with payroll for timely payout.
- • Designated compensation partner for seasonal employees in the United States, acting compensation partner for DEMEA by administering and communicating base compensation programs, providing detailed analyses, and consulting with managers on pay decisions.
- • Maintains the job leveling framework, including assessing jobs against global criteria, confirming exemption status, and managing the framework in Workday.
- • Update and deliver educational and communication materials related to compensation to support global understanding.
- • Partners with all areas of HR to ensure compensation programs have synergy and alignment with other HR programs and initiatives. Continuously looks for external insights and best practices balanced with Driscoll’s needs.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- • 1-3 years minimum as a Compensation Analyst.
- • Proven progressive experience in the field with exceptional attention to detail.

- • MS Office and advanced Excel skills
- • Data analytics certification a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary range estimated for this role is: $60,502.60 to $90,451.40
