Key Responsibilities:
Administer the Company’s:
Global short-term incentive plan, including annual plan training, eligibility management, performance calculations, award modeling, approvals, and payout execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.
Equity-based long-term incentive plans for leaders, including annual and ad hoc equity grants, vesting schedules, forfeitures, and terminations, in accordance with plan documents, award agreements, and applicable regulations.
Serve as the primary liaison for the Company’s outsourced equity plan administrator, overseeing day-to-day operations, data integrity, participant support, reconciliation processes, and service-level performance.
Support the preparation of Compensation Committee of the Board materials, including incentive plan results, equity award analyses, pay-for-performance assessments, competitive benchmarking summaries, and other executive compensation-related content.
Support position grading and job architecture activities, including job evaluations, documentation review, and alignment to the Company’s global grading framework to ensure internal equity and consistency.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and annual update of global and regional salary structures, informed by market data, business conditions, and compensation philosophy.
Support the annual merit process, including merit guidelines, modeling, budget management, system support, and analysis of outcomes to ensure alignment with performance, market positioning, and internal equity.
Participate in annual compensation survey submissions, including job matching, data validation, submission accuracy, and analysis of survey results to inform salary structures and pay decisions.
Prepare analyses and reporting related to salaried compensation, including Compa ratio reviews, market positioning, pay equity indicators, and ad hoc requests from HR and leadership.
Assist with the annual proxy statement preparation, including drafting and reviewing executive compensation disclosures, tables, and narratives, and coordinating inputs across HR, Legal, Finance, and external advisors.
Partner with Legal and Finance to support governance, compliance, and disclosure requirements, including equity plan compliance, insider trading considerations, and internal controls related to executive compensation programs.
Prepare compensation analyses and reporting, including scenario modeling, trend analysis, benchmarking surveys and support, and ad hoc requests from senior leadership and the Board.
Maintain detailed documentation of compensation processes, controls, and procedures to support audit, compliance, and governance expectations.
Monitor emerging compensation trends, regulatory developments, and best practices to inform program administration and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency, including effective use of compensation systems and tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCp or CEP) preferred.
Strong working knowledge of executive compensation programs, including annual incentive plans, equity based long term incentives, and public company governance practices.
Solid experience with salaried compensation processes, including job evaluation/grading, salary structure development, annual merit planning, and market survey participation.
Experience supporting or working with Board Compensation Committees, including preparation of executive level materials, and understanding of fiduciary and governance considerations.
Experience managing or partnering with an outsourced equity plan administrator, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and service quality.
Elevated level of analytical capability, including high proficiency in Excel and the ability to model incentive outcomes, salary scenarios, and equity award scenarios.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi cycle compensation processes with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compensation concepts into clear, concise materials for senior leaders and Board members.
Ability to work effectively in a confidential, highly regulated environment, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
