The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Sales Compensation Technical Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Driving process design, configuring and optimizing Varicent rules, calculations, crediting logic, rates, and workflows (SP, ELT, ICM)
Managing integrations, data pipelines, system troubleshooting, and calculation performance
Leading system releases, regression testing, and environment management
Supporting process enhancements, automation, communication, adoption, and optimization
Providing technical guidance and training for operations, governance, and design teams.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
7 years of sales compensation experience, with a deep understanding of related processes, and 4+ years of systems experience
Experience in technical systems management and system deployments
Experience with Varicent configuration
Familiarity with SQL, ELT processes, enterprise system integrations, and rule logic development
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
Experience supporting integrations and knowledge of testing methodologies.
