GROWING Technology company is looking for a Head of Total Rewards to oversee and build a world class Total Rewards department.
SUMMARY:
- Will lead the design, development, implementation, communication, etc. of compensation, benefits, payroll, HCM operations, and People Operations compliance for the company
- Hands-on leadership role with a clear mandate to assess the current state, address gaps, set direction, and execute
- Accountable for strengthening the function’s capabilities, offerings, and service to the business and the People team
- Leads a growing Total Rewards team
- Reports to the Head of People
- Will lead the design, development, implementation, communication, etc. of compensation, benefits, payroll, HCM operations, and People Operations compliance for the company
- Hands-on leadership role with a clear mandate to assess the current state, address gaps, set direction, and execute
- Accountable for strengthening the function’s capabilities, offerings, and service to the business and the People team
- Leads a growing Total Rewards team
- Reports to the Head of People
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and enterprise-wide programs at the Director or above level
- Deep compensation and benefits expertise, including executive compensation, equity, incentive design, and experience in a publicly traded company
- Demonstrated success evaluating, rebuilding, or materially advancing a function, with evidence of improved programs, stronger controls, and better service delivery
