This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Incentive Compensation Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing sophisticated incentive compensation systems for large organizations. Your work will directly impact the financial well-being of sales teams and help establish billing practices that adhere to strict financial regulations. This role necessitates a deep understanding of compensation management and requires collaboration with both clients and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for translating complex compensation logic into actionable strategies that enhance business performance.

Accountabilities

  • Implement ICM systems catering to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients in the United States.
  • Design and validate compensation models.
  • Perform data processing and transformation tasks.
  • Translate business principles into systematic logic.
  • Work joint with engineering teams on system updates.
  • Prepare documentation to support system implementations.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience working with data or business systems.
  • Strong understanding of relational data modeling.
  • Ability to work with complex computational logic.
  • Experience with system implementations.
  • Comfortable handling financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1 level).
