Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Compensation Manager, the Sales Compensation Analyst will assist with a variety of tasks, particularly pertaining to calculating Sales Commissions and providing Monthly Commission Statements to the Sales Team members currently on a Sales Compensation Plan. Day-to-day responsibilities will include using the Xactly Incent commission tool, calculating commissions in Excel, reviewing the Sales Team’s bookings to ensure they are commissionable, reviewing monthly invoicing and billing details from several sources, and responding to queries from team members and sales team leadership. The Sales Compensation Analyst will use their strong Xactly and Excel knowledge to work as a liaison with sales, human resources, sales operations, finance, and operations to assist with various reporting and strategic initiatives.

Compensation: $36 to $41/hr
