Job Description

You’ll work with market-leading technology across share plans, carried interest and pension arrangements, delivering accurate, high-quality service in a collaborative financial services environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administer a portfolio of share plans and incentive structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Configure and maintain core business systems to support smooth client service delivery.

  • Build strong client relationships, responding to queries promptly and professionally.

  • Mentor junior colleagues, support training, and collaborate across jurisdictions.

You’ll bring experience in delivering outstanding service delivery, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

A background in share plans, trusts or financial services would be highly beneficial, along with progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
