This role sits within a Revenue Strategy & Operations organization focused on optimizing incentive compensation programs that directly shape sales performance and business growth.
You will analyze the effectiveness of compensation plans across multiple sales motions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and revenue targets.
The position plays a key role in identifying insights that improve incentive design for a large, fast-growing sales organization.
You will benchmark industry best practices in B2B SaaS to ensure competitiveness and innovation in compensation strategy.
Working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales leadership, you will help translate data into actionable decisions.
This is a high-impact, analytical role in a fast-paced environment where your insights will influence both strategy and execution at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of incentive compensation plans through monthly and quarterly reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales compensation strategy across different segments and sales motions.
- Conduct industry and competitive benchmarking to ensure compensation frameworks remain aligned with market standards and business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence compensation design and performance outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies, management consulting, or relevant analytical roles.
- Background in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including data modeling and benchmarking.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and Tableau experience is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
