As part of the Rewards and Benefits team you will drive the design and implementation of sales compensation plans that align with business goals. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into impactful compensation solutions. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and domain knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and client satisfaction.

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in sales compensation, commissions administration, or finance
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Solid understanding of sales compensation structures and payout mechanics
