The Incentive Compensation Senior Analyst is responsible for the design, administration, and analysis of incentive compensation programs to ensure they drive employee performance and align with business objectives. This role involves advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize compensation structures. The Senior Analyst also plays a key role in process improvements, system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
Experience managing small to mid-size compensation projects ranging from simple to complex in scope.
Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Must be flexible to work within fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Must be able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Proven ability to work with all levels of management, including senior level management.
Experience with Market Pricing jobs, using a number of different surveys.
Experience pricing jobs in international locations strongly preferred.
Must be able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
High degree of critical thinking and problem solving.
The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
