1. Manages the execution of comprehensive compensation strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.
2. Manages complex compensation programs covering base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, and sales compensation, as well as non-cash rewards and recognition programs.
3. Leads job analysis, evaluation, classification, benchmarking, and market survey participation to maintain competitive and equitable compensation.
4. Provides strategic guidance on compensation to Senior Management and Executives.
5. Collaborates with external consultants and vendors to design and enhance compensation programs and policies.
6. Oversees communications regarding compensation program features, plans, and options to diverse stakeholders.
7. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and financial reporting related to compensation.
8. Manages and develops a team of compensation professionals.
9. Leads large, complex compensation projects and initiatives with significant organizational impact.
10. Establishes operational plans and goals for the compensation function with short- to mid-term (e.g., 0-3 years) impact on results.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in compensation with progressive management responsibilities.
3. Strong knowledge of all aspects of compensation program design and management.
4. Experience leading projects.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Advanced graduate degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
3. Experience in the financial services industry.
