Total Rewards Analyst

About the role:

You will join our Total Rewards team to help shape how we recognize and reward our people across the group. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights and tools that support our fair pay goals. You will work closely with the wider People team to ensure our compensation frameworks are both competitive and transparent across different countries.

Your work has a direct impact on how we build a better business. By providing deep expertise in pay equity and data modeling, you ensure we make informed decisions that reflect our high standards. You will be a key player in navigating non-standardized data environments to create a more consistent experience for every employee at Storio group.

How you embrace curiosity daily

  • Perform detailed pay equity analyses to ensure fairness across our global teams

  • Prepare reporting for EU Pay Transparency requirements and internal audits

  • Manage compensation benchmarking by submitting surveys and updating pay ranges

  • Support annual pay reviews and variable pay cycles through data audits

  • Use scenario modeling to forecast the cost impact of new compensation programs

  • Seek out ways to use AI and automation to make our rewards analysis 

How you make your mark

  • Translate complex numbers into actionable insights for the Total Rewards team
  • Build and maintain tools that make our pay equity processes more scalable

  • Safeguard the consistency and transparency of every pay decision we make

  • Propose smart solutions that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy

  • Ensure EUPTD requirements and local Equal Pay regulatory standards stay compliant

  • Identify opportunities to optimize our spend while increasing employee satisfaction

What you bring to the team

  • Experience in compensation or total rewards within multi-country environments

  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques

  • Ability to manage projects independently with high attention to detail

  • Proven track record of performing complex pay equity and data modeling

  • Skill in explaining technical data to audiences who are not data experts

What sets you apart

  • Experience using Workday HCM to manage people data

  • Background in experimenting with AI solutions to streamline reward workflows

  • University degree in a related field like Finance or Human Resources
