About the role:
You will join our Total Rewards team to help shape how we recognize and reward our people across the group. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights and tools that support our fair pay goals. You will work closely with the wider People team to ensure our compensation frameworks are both competitive and transparent across different countries.
Your work has a direct impact on how we build a better business. By providing deep expertise in pay equity and data modeling, you ensure we make informed decisions that reflect our high standards. You will be a key player in navigating non-standardized data environments to create a more consistent experience for every employee at Storio group.

What you bring to the team

Experience in compensation or total rewards within multi-country environments

Advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques

Ability to manage projects independently with high attention to detail

Proven track record of performing complex pay equity and data modeling

Skill in explaining technical data to audiences who are not data experts
