Position Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst will support Assurant's Global Compensation team by delivering data-driven insights and compensation solutions that help attract, retain, and reward talent across the organization. This role partners with HR and business leaders to provide market-informed recommendations, support compensation programs, and contribute to key initiatives that drive equitable and competitive pay practices. The position offers the opportunity to influence strategic compensation decisions while contributing to the evolution of Assurant's Total Rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct compensation analyses and develop recommendations to support talent and business decisions.
Perform job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking activities to maintain competitive compensation practices.
Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning processes and related reporting.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance and consultation.
Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports for leadership and executive audiences.
Contribute to compensation transformation initiatives and process improvement efforts.
Support pay equity and pay transparency programs through analysis and project participation.
Location & Work Arrangement
This position is based in Argentina and follows a hybrid work model.
The role primarily aligns with Argentina business hours.
Occasional early morning or evening meetings may be required during compensation cycles and annual processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field.
Experience conducting compensation analysis, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Experience translating data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting regional or multinational compensation programs.
Knowledge of pay equity, pay transparency, salary structures, and incentive programs.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience participating in transformation, change, or process improvement initiatives.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools or technology-driven work environments.
