Are you passionate about compensation, benefits, and HR analytics? We are looking for a detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support the execution of compensation, benefits, and reward initiatives across the organization. This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate data analysis, system administration, market benchmarking, and seamless delivery of Total Rewards programs while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including annual merit increases, bonus cycles, promotions, and other reward initiatives.
• Prepare data, templates, and validation checks to ensure the successful execution of Total Rewards cycles.
• Support internal equity reviews and salary structure maintenance by preparing analysis and reports.
• Assist in updating Total Rewards policies, guidelines, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation of reward decisions.
• Generate regular Total Rewards reports, dashboards, and HR analytics to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate communications and documentation related to reward cycles and system updates.
• Support market benchmarking activities by collecting, organizing, and analysing salary survey data.
• Prepare market comparison reports to assess external competitiveness and internal pay alignment.
• Maintain compensation data trackers, salary survey files, and benchmarking repositories.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of compensation and employee data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Total Rewards processes and reporting.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related HR role. Experience supporting salary reviews, market benchmarking, HR reporting, or HR systems is preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles, salary benchmarking, and HR reporting. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRMS platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data management capabilities are essential.
