What will you be doing?
You’ll be joining a well-known global player in a rapidly changing sector, reporting to an experienced VP Talent (Australia) who has a laundry list of strategic reward projects that need your attention and expertise!
You’ll get exposure to a strategy refresh – particularly around incentives and job architecture, while mentoring a Rem Analyst in annual cyclical activity.
What background do you have?
If you’ve got 7+ years of corporate reward experience under your belt – job evaluations, benchmarking, rem reviews – and if stakeholders often comment on your relationship skills, then you’ll fit right in.
You are at home in dynamic, high-paced organisations, and your project management skills have been proven time again! Any experience in adapting global rem strategy to local Aus market practices would be beneficial, but not a showstopper.
