This role is a strategic and hands-on opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards professional to shape and elevate compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across a global organization. You will play a key role in designing and executing reward strategies that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will guide leaders and HR teams on compensation and benefits decisions, drive annual reward cycles, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The position blends strategic planning with operational execution, requiring both analytical depth and strong stakeholder engagement. You will also partner closely with leadership to translate total rewards strategy into clear, actionable programs that enhance the employee experience. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals, talent needs, and market trends
- Design, implement, and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary planning, incentive programs, and bonus structures
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment processes, vendor management, HRIS maintenance, and issue resolution
- Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide expert guidance to HR, leadership, and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing compensation and benefits programs
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to track program effectiveness and inform leadership decisions
- Drive communication, training, and education initiatives to improve understanding of total rewards programs
- Continuously evaluate and improve reward programs based on market trends, analytics, and organizational needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits roles
- Strong expertise in compensation principles, job evaluation, and market pricing methodologies
- Deep knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and broader employee benefits programs
- Experience managing HRIS systems and compensation management tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Certification such as CCP or GRP is preferred
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities
