Total Rewards Manager

24th September, 2026

Total Rewards Manager (Strategic Reward Projects + Total Rewards Ownership)

  • Mix of strategic reward projects and BAU remuneration
  • Purpose-driven organisation in a rapidly evolving sector
  • Great benefits | CBD location | Flexible hybrid working
An opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards professional to combine strategic reward initiatives with hands-on remuneration delivery in a purpose-driven organisation undergoing significant growth and change.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the VP HR, Australasia, you’ll play a keyrole in shaping and delivering the organisation’s Total Rewards agenda across Australia and New Zealand.

There is a strong pipeline of strategic reward initiatives requiring your expertise, including a reward strategy refresh, incentive design and job architecture , alongside the delivery of annual remuneration activities.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key reward projects from strategy through to implementation, partner closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, and mentor and support a Remuneration Analyst responsible for cyclical remuneration activity.

You’ll also work within a global environment (US parent company), helping translate broader reward strategies and frameworks into practical solutions that work for the Australian and New Zealand market.

What background do you have?
You’ll bring 7+ years’ corporate reward, remuneration or Total Rewards experience, with strong capability across areas such as:
  • Job architecture, job evaluation and grading
  • Market benchmarking and salary structures
  • Annual remuneration review processes
  • Incentive and reward programs
  • Reward analytics and insights
  • Senior stakeholder engagement
You’ll be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing strategic projects with BAU priorities and taking initiatives from concept through to implementation.

Strong relationship and influencing skills will be important, as will the ability to translate complex reward concepts and data into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Experience adapting global reward strategies to Australian market practices would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

What’s in it for you?
This is an opportunity to have genuine ownership and influence over the reward agenda within a purpose-driven organisation experiencing significant change and growth.

You’ll work closely with an experienced HR Leadership Team and gain exposure to both regional and global reward initiatives, while having the opportunity to shape frameworks and programs that have a tangible impact across the organisation.

You’ll also receive a competitive remuneration package, great employee benefits, convenient CBD offices and flexible hybrid working arrangements, with the ability to work up to three days per week from home.
