POSITION SUMMARY
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and motivates top talent through competitive and innovative total rewards programs. Additionally, the Total Rewards Manager oversees the HRIS system for compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Additional Job Description:
Base Compensation: $97,500 - $129,000
The base salary range may vary depending on geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
