Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Sydney office in Barangaroo. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role provides outsourced return-to-work and claims consulting services to Marsh clients. You will work closely with injured workers, employers, insurers and internal colleagues to manage claims, develop return-to-work plans and support injury management outcomes. The role also involves reporting, stakeholder liaison and administration across selected client accounts.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide outsourced return-to-work and claims consulting services to Marsh clients
  • Triaging and lodging new claims and supporting the administration of injury management matters
  • Develop and maintain return-to-work plans and support employers to meet return-to-work obligations
  • Liaise with injured workers, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to provide updates and manage claims activity
  • Prepare reports, invoices, correspondence and other documentation, and maintain files, databases and spreadsheets
  • Support workers compensation payroll and wage reimbursements where required

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed attention to detail and accuracy
  • Tier 1 compliance, which will be required and facilitated by Marsh on commencement

What makes you stand out:

  • Tertiary qualifications in administration or related studies
  • Experience in workers compensation, claims management or injury management systems such as SolvInjury or DoneSafe
  • Experience supporting payroll, wage reimbursements or invoice processing
