We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Compensation Analyst to evaluate, structure, and benchmark our total rewards programs to keep our workforce competitive and equitably rewarded.

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations across clinical and non-clinical roles to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

 

  • Evaluate, update, and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and classification frameworks.

 

  • Determine FLSA exemption statuses, salary grades, and pay ranges for new and revised positions.

 

  • Analyze salary survey data, benefits trends, and compensation metrics using advanced spreadsheet and HRIS data modeling.

 

  • Prepare clear summary reports, data visualizations, and cost impact analyses for leadership.

 

  • Advise HR business partners and departmental leaders on state and federal wage/hour compliance, compensation policies, and pay practices.

 



Requirements

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field required.

 

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of dedicated compensation analyst experience (healthcare background strongly preferred); OR 5+ years of broader HR/analytical experience with significant compensation exposure.

 

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, formulas, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS platforms.

 

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of FLSA regulations, labor standards, and market survey methodologies.

 

  • Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
