The Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and administration of compensation procedures, practices, philosophy, and programs. The selected candidate will utilize salary surveys to study labor markets and determine competitive compensation for approximately 11,000+ salaried employees. Degree concentration in Human Resources, Finance, or Business preferred
2+ years’ salary compensation administration at a mid to large organization
5 years’ experience in Human Resources
