Flywheel Energy is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and administration of competitive compensation programs across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation structures align with market trends, business strategy, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and help optimize compensation structures, programs, and processes.
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Support the analysis and integration of compensation structures related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist with annual compensation reviews, incentive planning, and pay-for-performance initiatives.
- Provide compensation insights and recommendations to HR leadership and leadership.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong preference for experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Working knowledge of compensation frameworks, market surveys, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
