These are just some of the benefits we offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance Paid vacation days and holidays Paid parental bonding leave Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts Responsibilities Conduct market pricing analyses and evaluate compensation trends, survey data, and competitive pay practices to support hourly compensation recommendations Develop, maintain, and administer hourly salary structures, pay ranges, job classifications, and grade assignments Partner with HR Managers and business leaders to provide guidance on job pricing, pay placement, compensation policies, and market competitiveness Maintain compensation data, job architecture, and pay structures within Workday and related systems to ensure accuracy and consistency Support compensation reviews related to reorganizations, acquisitions, minimum wage changes, and market adjustments Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and other applicable compensation standards Prepare compensation reports, analyses, and dashboards, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field required; an MBA is preferred Certified Compensation Professional or SPHR designation is preferred Minimum of 3 years of compensation, HR analytics, Total Rewards, or related experience required Experience conducting market pricing and compensation analysis required Experience supporting salary structures, pay grades, or compensation administration programs and working in a multi-state environment preferred Union experience a plus Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis Experience using compensation survey platforms and market data sources Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS preferred
