Description
  • The Executive Compensation, Equity, & Reporting Advisor (Part Time) supports the full scope of Pyxus International’s Global Executive Compensation, Equity Compensation, & Regulatory Reporting programs and requirements (e.g. 10-K, CD&A, SOX-level, etc.). A key partner to internal Human Resources, Audit, Finance, ensuring that Pyxus International’s programs are administered consistent with plan documents, correct and timely, and compliant with corporate regulatory considerations. Oversees the day-to-day administration and compliance of Pyxus International’s equity compensation program through vendor partners and with the support of the Total Rewards and Compensation teams. Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards, this role is a member of the Total Rewards team and a mentor (business partner) to Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Human Resources professionals throughout the enterprise.
     


Responsibilities

The responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of Pyxus International’s global equity program, including restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance units (PUs).

• Manage daily and cyclical administrative processes for RSU and PU grants and vestings, and terminations/cancellations, including all necessary reporting requirements.
• Responsible for providing financial data for equity-based tables in SEC filings.

• Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, and payroll team members to ensure accurate dataflow, support for audits, and reporting needs.

• Support employee and Total Rewards team understanding of equity awards program and policies through conducting educational webinars, presentations, and assisting with creating employee communications material.

• Maintain SOX-level compliance and assist with testing/audits by internal and external teams.

• Manage the relationship and work closely with the external equity services administrator (Bank of America/Merrill Lynch).
• Support Executive Compensation transactions and reporting.

• Provide support for other ad-hoc analysis and projects and assist with other compensation related projects and market related activities as assigned.



Qualifications

 Strong working knowledge of compensation plans and services in a multinational publicly traded company, preferably NYSE.

• Ability to lead, manage, track, and follow-up on stock administration projects and provide strategic, tactical, technical, and analytical support to senior members of the HR, legal, and finance teams.

• Experience working with Executive Compensation, employment agreements and the administration of Executive Compensation transactions.

  Experience preparing data, charts, tables and narrative descriptions for regulatory filings such as SEC, 10-K, CD&A, etc.

• 8-10+ years of directly relevant experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility in global stock plan administration.

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present in a clear and compelling manner at the C-Suite level, supporting board and compensation committee activities and meetings.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
