Job Description

 

Provides strategic guidance on executive compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization’s business strategy. Serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, HR, and the Compensation Committee on all aspects of executive pay design, governance, and disclosure.

Qualified candidates will have experience in executive compensation, preparing materials to present to compensation committees, a proven record of working in complex environments, and experience developing incentive plans.  Experience with acquisitions is a plus.

 

Job Responsibility

 

1.Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis using external and internal data to support competitive and equitable pay decisions.
2.Advise senior leadership and HR partners on executive offers and promotions, including scenario modeling and cost impact analysis.
3.Serve as a subject matter expert to HR and business leaders on executive and broad-based pay linkages, educating stakeholders on program design, philosophy, and outcomes.
4.Coordinate materials and recommendations for the Board’s Compensation committee.
5.Administer annual review of disqualified executives.
6.Prepare exhibits for quarterly compensation committee meetings.
7.Lead or support special projects such as new plan design, M&A related compensation work, for-profit strategic planning, and executive pay programs where relevant.
8.Serves as technical lead in developing and administering various executive compensation plans and procedures.
9.Assists and counsels partnering HR teams in developing and modifying executive job descriptions in accordance with requirements.
10.Advises on the development of training and communications programs to communicate new or revised executive compensation plans to the organization; works in conjunction with internal communications to deliver communications.

Job Qualification

 

•Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 
•10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
