About the Role

The Total Rewards Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s total rewards framework, including salary, benefits, and overall compensation structures.

 

This role provides expert-level analysis and insights through benchmarking and market data to ensure that the organization remains competitive and aligned with industry standards. You will act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of rewards, supporting HR and business leaders in making informed compensation decisions.

 

What you’ll do

1. Total Rewards Management

  • Own and manage the overall total rewards framework, including salary structures, benefits, and other reward components

  • Ensure alignment of rewards with market competitiveness and internal equity

  • Provide guidance on compensation positioning and reward strategies

2. Salary Benchmarking & Market Analysis

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of salary benchmarking reports

  • Analyze market trends, job pricing, and compensation structures

  • Provide recommendations to ensure competitive and sustainable salary positioning

 

3. Benefits Benchmarking & Review

  • Conduct benchmarking of employee benefits and total rewards offerings

  • Evaluate competitiveness and recommend enhancements

  • Support the review and design of benefits programs

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to generate insights

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all benchmarking outputs

5. Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership on compensation and rewards decisions

  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently

  • Support internal and client-facing discussions related to rewards

6.  Governance & Data Integrity

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of compensation data

  • Maintain structured and reliable benchmarking databases

  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and market practices 

7. Continuous Improvement

  • Improve benchmarking methodologies and reporting tools

  • Stay updated on market trends and emerging rewards practices

  • Identify opportunities to enhance total rewards programs

What You Bring

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards

  • Strong experience in salary benchmarking and rewards analysis

  • Solid understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation, and market pricing

  • Experience working with benchmarking data sources (WTW, Mercer, or equivalent preferred)

 

  • Analytical & Technical Skills

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

    • Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights

  • Communication & Stakeholder Skills

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to explain compensation concepts clearly to stakeholders

    • Comfortable handling discussions related to rewards and market positioning

  • Work Style

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Strong ownership and accountability

    • Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert

  • Experience managing or contributing to a total rewards framework

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end rewards (salary, benefits, allowances, incentives)

  • Experience supporting client-facing or leadership-level discussions

  • Structured and data-driven approach to compensation decision-making

  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive compensation information
