The Payroll and Compensation Manager will primarily
oversee and supervise the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is
processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: - Manages team of payroll specialists. - Interviews, hires, trains new staff in the department. - Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing
Required Skills/Abilities: - Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with payroll software.
- Must have ADP Enterprise EV6 system experience .
- Experience with supporting company retirement plans.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- Five to ten years of related experience required.
Pay Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually
