  • Support the annual compensation review process, ensuring accurate inputs, validation, and smooth execution.

  • Apply working knowledge of compensation fundamentals to complete assignments and respond to routine inquiries, escalating more complex items appropriately.

  • Resolve a range compensation program issues using established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality documentation.

  • Collaborate with people partner, finance and business leaders and related teams to obtain, validate, and share compensation-related information as required.

The responsibilities outlined above are indicative and may evolve in line with business needs and the scope of the role.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of core compensation fundamentals, including salary structures, market pricing, compa-ratios, merit processes, and basic job matching.

  • High attention to detail, with strong standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and quality of documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines during peak compensation cycles, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with a global team, demonstrating ownership and follow-through.

  • Role supports global stakeholders; occasional flexibility to join calls outside standard IST hours is expected, especially during annual cycles and key deliverables

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting annual compensation cycles and/or compensation survey participation; exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, work effectively through ambiguity and shifting priorities, and demonstrate a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
