Assists with the operational management of reward opportunities available to employees that align with the organization’s goals, budget, and expectations. Provides interpretation, guidance and counsel to employees, shared services (HR, IT, HRIS), and managers on all Total Rewards programs. Compiles, analyzes, and reports data to assist management in making strategic Total Rewards decisions.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree and/or GBA/CEBS certification preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7-10 years’ related experience compensation and/or benefits. Knowledge/experience in the following areas: compiling and analyzing large amounts of data, wellness programs, vendor implementation and management, employee benefit plan design, benefit compliance laws such as ERISA, ACA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, employee compensation program administration such as merit and incentive plans. Requires intermediate to advanced experience in applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical bulletins, and government regulations is essential for this role. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures is also a requirement as is the ability to effectively deliver oral presentations and to respond to questions from groups of managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers. Job success often hinges upon interpersonal communication and relationship development skills, and job tasks require frequent interchange and successful completion depends in large part upon effective interaction and communication with others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Position requires the ability to calculate figures and work with fractions and percentages, as well as to apply concepts such as ratios, probability, statistical inference, and proportions to practical situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position requires the ability to hear normal conversation, see near objects and speak clearly. Occasionally may participate in a field trip to a job site which requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, sit and balance. Lifting to 25 pounds unassisted may be required at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normally will work in an office environment, but occasionally may visit a construction site in an operating plant with proximity to operating machinery and exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, fumes, and airborne particle.
