• This role is the custodian of all Performance, Reward, Analytics and Personnel Cost Planning topics across the AME Cluster. The incumbent will be a member of the AME HR Lead Team as well as an active participant in Regional & Global forums.
• Ensures total reward strategy and compensation practices are consistent across affiliates.
• Custodian of the AME Compensation Guidelines acting as a gatekeeper on the adherence of the guidelines, policies and procedures including governance.
• Orchestrate the Performance cycle.
• Manage the Personnel Cost Planning process, collaborating with the People Services, local HRBPs & EM Reward for all AME affiliates.
• Lead the preparation of any business review/ABP presentations, ensuring integrity of data/insights and consistency across AME.
