What You'll Do<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
You’ll work directly with high -profile clients, including publicly and privately held companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, hedge funds, and non -profits, advising on a broad array of sophisticated matters such as:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/p>

  • Executive compensation and ERISA issues in complex corporate transactions and restructurings<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Design and implementation of equity and cash incentive programs, deferred compensation plans, and employment agreements<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Compliance with tax -qualified plan rules and ERISA fiduciary duties<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Navigating intersecting issues in tax, securities, corporate, and employment law<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    What We're Looking For<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • 3–7 years of experience in employee benefits or executive compensation law<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Demonstrated interest in executive comp and ERISA -related work<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong academic background and outstanding writing/analytical skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Current admission (or eligibility) to practice in New York<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
