Salary Range: $225,000 – $415,000

About the Opportunity:
Join a top firm in this practice area, where you will advise public and private companies, private equity and fund clients, executives, lenders, and creditors on a full range of compensation and benefit matters. You’ll work alongside leaders in the space on high-stakes M&A, bankruptcies, restructurings, corporate governance issues, and cutting-edge securities and tax compliance matters.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–3 years of experience (more than 3 years is OK too) handling executive compensation and employee benefits issues, particularly in corporate transactions, financial restructurings, and securities law contexts (including public company disclosure requirements).

  • Stellar academic credentials from a top law school.

  • Comparable experience from a respected law firm.

  • Drive, adaptability, and the confidence to advise sophisticated clients on complex compensation and benefit arrangements.
