About the Opportunity:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Join a top firm in this practice area, where you will advise public and private companies, private equity and fund clients, executives, lenders, and creditors on a full range of compensation and benefit matters. You’ll work alongside leaders in the space on high -stakes M&A, bankruptcies, restructurings, corporate governance issues, and cutting -edge securities and tax compliance matters.<\/span>

The Ideal Candidate:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • 2–3 years of experience (more than 3 years is OK too) handling executive compensation and employee benefits issues, particularly in corporate transactions, financial restructurings, and securities law contexts (including public company disclosure requirements).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Stellar academic credentials from a top law school.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Comparable experience from a respected law firm.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Drive, adaptability, and the confidence to advise sophisticated clients on complex compensation and benefit arrangements.<\/span>
