Description

This role is critical for us to succeed as a partner with operations to engage and retain top talent. In addition to helping us get work done, as a member of the Human Resources team at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, enable, and empower Team Members to build a great culture.  

 

If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing.  Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, Guest, and Team Member KPIs that are essential to our success. 

 

  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures, with the goal of maintaining and improving essential processes in the benefits and compensation areas

  • Responsibilities also include updating benefits documentation, managing monthly billing reconciliation, assisting with leave administration, providing essential reporting on benefits programs and utilization, and managing projects such as annual enrollment and 401(k) education. 

  • Additionally, this position will be responsible for updating wage programs, performing market analysis, and projecting costs related to wage adjustments. 

     

As a Human Resources Team Member, you are also expected to be there for your Team, enable and empower them to perform, and build caring and trusting relationships with your fellow co-workers.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

  • A high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, or similar field.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Solid experience in Excel, including regular use of formulas
